Repair Policy

At AMG, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction with the quality of our merchandise and the level of service we provide. AMG offers a 14-day recase policy in the event something should happen to your item while in transit back to you or if there is a quality control issue. Please contact to request a repair and one of our customer service representatives will then contact you with return instructions. 

Return shipping cost are the responsibility of the buyer unless AMG has determined that the return is based on a defective product, in which case AMG will pay for the return shipping costs. AMG recommends using tracking and insurance on all returned items as we cannot be held responsible for damage or loss of a returned item while in transit from you back to us. Once your item is returned to AMG, we will process your refund typically within one week less the original shipping and/or service charges.
